C's weigh-in: 135.8

Last week I exercised every day and ate 23 points/day except for Valentine's day when I had a good dinner at a brasserie and a regular serving of ice cream afterwards. I'm really, really discouraged that I gained weight. It's hard not to get all melodramatic and think that if maintenance means I can never eat ice cream then screw it.

I think a lot of people would argue that .8 pounds is hardly gaining weight (even if it technically is) when i was maintaining I often went up or down a pound each week -- eventually i learned to chill out, you will too. I also ate ice cream at least once a week.

Thanks for that! I'm feeling a lot better today. I'll figure out what's sustainable for me, and that has to include occasional ice cream.

I fluctuate a lot, which is why I mostly don't weigh myself every day. If I don't pay attention on the weekend I can be up 5lbs on Monday from Friday - even though it's gone again by Weds or Thurs. Besides, you look hott. :-)
